I have been working with families with babies and young children for 15 years. I provide solutions to problems related to sleep, falling asleep, naps, schedules, night care and feeding issues that work for the whole family.

Whether your baby has a sleep problem or you do, we’ll develop an effective plan based on everyone’s needs. I don’t just tell you what to do, I think with you about the best solution for you.

I’ve also worked as a babywearing consultant for 10 years and trained in mindfulness approaches to parenting.

I have two children [11, 15] and I live with them and my husband in Hungary, near Budapest.

For months I blamed myself for being a bad mother, my baby can’t even sleep, I tried the pick-up-and-let-down method, weaning him off the breast-feeding, everything but letting him cry. Sometimes I got him to sleep 20 minutes in his crib during the day. After that he was babbling and stuttering and screaming all day, totally freaked out.

He sleeps on me, rocking in the chair, 2.5 hours sleep in the early morning, 1.5 hours in the afternoon. Wakes up rested, much better for him and me. In the meantime, I’m learning road safety on my tablet, reading, watching TV. I have a very comfortable armchair, I take a nap.”
